The service was top-notch and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was convenient for my visit, but the outside of the building was not well-maintained. The hotel was perfect for my stay. The family room we booked was large and spacious, though it wasn't completely clean when we checked in. The service provided by the staff was exceptional; they were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. The location was decent for our needs, very close to Southend airport, but a bit run down and in need of some TLC. The dining experience was nice, but having a cooked option would have been better. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with friendly staff, great for airport proximity but needing some improvements.
